Pestforce Pest Control York have had a busy week for wasp control in York. A notable job was wasp nest treatment we completed at a bunglaow. The wasps were ingressing through a hole above the apex. We treated from outside and was able to respond to the callout the same day. 

Pigeon spiking for sports retailer in York, 9th July 2021

Pestforce Pest Control York recently completed a pigeon spiking job for a well known sports retailer in York. After an ongoing feral pigeon problem which was causing significant guano (pigeon poo) in and around the store, we were called to carry out some pigeon proofing to prevent the pigeons perching. All the ledges were spiked and guano cleaned away from all affected areas including air con units. Overalt the client has been very happy with the works with no more pigeons on the ledges and no more mess. 

Mole trapping for vineyard in York, 1st June 2021

Pestforce Pest Control York have recently started a mole trapping plan for a vineyard in York. The vineyard was being troubled by moles for muliple weeks and since our treatment we have caught approx 14 moles. The plan remains ongoing however as the moles had been eating the roots of the vines we had to act quickly. Job almost complete and the client has been very impressed. 

Bird removal in York, 24th May 2021

Pestforce Pest Control York attended a commercial property after a decased seagull needed removal. We were able to attend the same day and safely remove and dispose of the bird. Pest Inspection by field biologist in York, YO62, 20th May 2021

Pestforce Pest Control York were booked in to carry out a full pest inspection of a agricultural store specialising in animal feed. The premises was on the outskirts of York and needed a pest survey prior to an upcoming audit. We carried out a full pest survey and gladly confirmed no evdience of pest or pest activity. We sent them our survey report so that they had a written copy to show. This report also contained pest prevenation proofing measures which include the installation of a brush strip to the roller door on the warehouse and celiing tile repairs. 

Dead pigeon removal / disposal in York, YO1, 20th April 2021

Pestforce Pest Control York were called to a store on parliment street in York for deceased pigeon removal. We were able to attend the same day, located several dead pigeons in the rear yard near the fire escape. These were safely picked up, removed from site and responsibly disposed of. Further conversations were had with the client and we also agreed to carry out a disinfectant clean of the affected area and repair the existing bird netting. The client was very impressed with our service and is hoping to have us back to carry out monthly pest control inspections.
