Complaints Procedure
Step 1: Speak to Your Local Technician
Your first step should be to contact directly your local Pestforce pest controller or a member of their team. Their details can be found on your invoice or service report. We ask that issues are resolved locally, and the technician has the authority to address the problem as soon as possible.
Step 2: Contact Head Office
If the issue isn’t resolved, email complaints@theforcesgroup.co.uk with:
- Your name and contact details
- The franchisee’s name and location
- A description of the issue
- Any relevant documents (e.g., invoices, reports)
We’ll acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and aim to provide a resolution within 5 working days.
Any complaints raised directly with Head Office will be referred to the technician in the first instance.
Step 3: Escalate
If you’re still unhappy, write to our Managing Director at:

Pestforce operates under a franchise model. This means our local technicians are either independent sole traders or limited companies operating under licence in the Pestforce name. They are expected to adhere to our operating procedures and brand standards.
